How much luggage can I bring?
 

Our standard allowance is one medium suitcase and personal item per person. However, you can always bring additional pieces of baggage at no extra cost as long as you do not exceed the vehicle passenger capacity. For instance, if you have booked a 6-seater for 4 passengers, it is absolutely no problem to bring up to 6 suitcases in total.  If you have any doubts regarding luggage or anything else, you can always get in touch with our Customer Service team and they will be delighted to help you choose the most convenient transfer option for you.

 
What happens if my flight into Barcelona is delayed?

If your plane is delayed, your driver will adjust the complimentary wait time to the actual arrival time of the flight so you have enough time to collect your bags and clear customs. If it is more than a slight delay, we might reassign your service to a different driver to accommodate the delay and make sure somebody will be waiting for you as soon as you touch down.
