How much luggage can I bring with me?

Packing is hard, we know! If you are as indecisive as me or wanna make sure you are wearing a different outfit on every selfie, hand luggage won’t do. But no worries! Our standard allowance is one medium suitcase and personal item per person. However, you can bring extra pieces of baggage at no cost as long as you do not exceed the vehicle capacity. For example, if you have booked an 8-seater for 5 passengers, you can bring a total of 8 suitcases (3 extra). If you are unsure about which vehicle size to choose, please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to help you with your doubts. You can also just decide to go for a bigger vehicle directly, as they usually cost very little more than a sedan. 

What happens if my flight is delayed?
